  • Dedsis OÜ is an Estonian company.

  • Product design, hardware schematics, and software development are conducted in Estonia.

  • Physical products are manufactured by a contracted partner in Turkey.

2. Shipping Locations and Methods

  • Products may be shipped from Estonia or Turkey, depending on stock and logistics.

  • Shipping origin may affect delivery time and shipping cost.

  • Standard shipping times (estimates):

    • From Estonia: 5–15 business days

    • From Turkey: 3–10 business days

  • Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier services, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.

  • Dedsis is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or inspections imposed by customs authorities.

  • Shipments from Estonia or Turkey to non-EU countries may be subject to local import regulations.

  • Risk of loss and ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon shipment.

  • Dedsis is responsible for proper packaging, but cannot be held liable for damage or loss occurring during transit.

  • Customers should contact the courier immediately for claims and notify Dedsis for assistance.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Tracking information is provided once the order has been shipped.
