Dedsis Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Dedsis OÜ (“we”, “our”, “us”) accepts product returns and issues refunds. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. General Information

Dedsis OÜ is an Estonian company.
All product designs, software, and hardware are developed in Estonia.
Physical products are manufactured by a contracted partner in Turkey.
This policy complies with EU and Estonian consumer protection regulations.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Include all accessories, manuals, and labels.

Products with opened packaging, missing parts, or signs of use cannot be returned.
Software, digital products, and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or activated.

3. Return Process

Contact info@dedsis.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our support team will confirm return eligibility and provide instructions.
Once approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
Refunds are approved only if the product meets the eligibility conditions stated above.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing packaging/accessories, no refund will be issued.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Dedsis may request photo or video evidence of the defect before approving a return or replacement.
Defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Dedsis’s discretion.

6. Products Excluded from Returns

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products with opened or damaged packaging.
Used items or items showing signs of installation.
Software or digital licenses once activated.
Custom-built or special-order products.

7. Risk and Responsibility

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by Dedsis.
Dedsis is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
