All product designs, software, and hardware are developed in Estonia.

Physical products are manufactured by a contracted partner in Turkey.

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and labels.

Products with opened packaging, missing parts, or signs of use cannot be returned.

Software, digital products, and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or activated.
